Winners of Teacher Grants Announced

Congratulations to 35 Arkansas educators who were awarded teacher grants of up to $750 each from Economics Arkansas. The funds will support economics projects in the classroom during the 2013-14 school year. In addition, the winners will attend the “Economics Exchange” in Little Rock in May to report about their projects. More than 44 applications were submitted, including a record 29 first-time submissions!

Since 2006, Economics Arkansas has awarded annual teacher grants to fund projects and expenses related to economic and personal finance education. Details may be found here.
