Where's the Beef? The Economics Behind Artificial Meat

This session will answer one of the most famous questions in fast food pop culture history: Where is the beef? The answer to that simple question contains a treasure trove of economic and personal finance content ready for teachers to mine with their students. This session will provide teachers with supplemental materials to use in class, ready-to-use activities, and content to address the ever evolving world of artificial meat production and consumer tastes and preferences.
