It's time to Get in the Game - The Stock Market Game!

9:00 am - 3:30 pm

This workshop is for first-time advisors or anyone new to the competition. Come learn how to use this engaging simulation in your class as you integrate math, language arts, technology, social studies and critical thinking skills all with relevant and current topics. You will find the SMG a great project based tool with great connections to state standards and the Danielson Framework!

There will be several presentations from Stock Market Game Sponsors, including a financial advisor and a representative from the Arkansas Securities Department .

Bring your own device or use one of ours as you experience the Stock Market Game online from a teacher and student perspective. Activities and resources will be provided.

Participants will receive a letter of five and one-half inservice hours, including three hours of technology.

Training, curriculum, breaks and lunch will be provided at no charge.

Substitute reimbursement of $75 will be provided as necessary.

Registration will begin at 8:30 a.m. with the workshop beginning promptly at 9:00 a.m.
